With a wealth of knowledge in the reservations field, Michaela is responsible for the overall sales strategy, overall revenue management, day-to-day management of the sales department and team, and occupancy of the portfolio. Julian is instrumental in keeping our properties in excellent condition by handling small to medium maintenance tasks. He reduces our reliance on outsourced third-party contractors, resulting in faster job turnaround times and ensuring our properties remain well-maintained. Our maintenance department will oversee and manage the quality of all larger jobs, such as refurbishments and upgrades.
