He is responsible for the overall operational management, supervision and growth, with a strong focus on growing the portfolio, owner relations, guest satisfaction and streamlining our operations efficiencies. In addition, Andre oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the company.

Marketing & New Technology Manager
Dianne has been with Turnkey365 for over 8 years, in the tourism industry for over 11 years, and a lover of everything Technology for even longer. Dianne is responsible for the overall marketing strategy of the company. In addition, she oversees and implements all systems and advancements. Ensuring we are at all times at the forefront of technological enhancements.

Sales & Revenue Manager
With a wealth of knowledge in the reservations field, Michaela is responsible for the overall sales strategy, overall revenue management, day-to-day management of the sales department and team, and occupancy of the portfolio. She oversees and implements all sales / reservations strategies, supervision and growth relating to the reservation department.

JULIAN BREACH
Maintenance Manager
Julian is instrumental in keeping our properties in excellent condition by handling small to medium maintenance tasks. He reduces our reliance on outsourced third-party contractors, resulting in faster job turnaround times and ensuring our properties remain well-maintained. Our maintenance department will oversee and manage the quality of all larger jobs, such as refurbishments and upgrades.

Lance is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 6 years of experience. Lance has trained at the Granger Bay Hotel School and renowned 5-star hotels in Cape Town. After dedicating 4 years to a prominent hotel group, Lance is our Portfolio Manager. Known for his work ethic, teamwork, and passion for outdoor adventures.
