A modern five-bedroomed property nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Camps Bay, Strathmore Heights offers a comfortable and convenient ocean-side retreat with beautiful sea views.

Offering panoramic mountain and sea vistas, the three-level house boasts five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious, open-plan living areas adorned with modern artworks and contemporary furnishings, and a stylish kitchen and scullery with state-of-the-art appliances.

Manicured stone courtyards offer a cool respite from the summer sun and a sunny, tiled terrace with barbeque facilities and access to a large swimming pool at the back of the house is ideal for summertime entertaining. In addition, there is a 10 seater outdoor dining table adjacent to the pool.

The entrance level of the house is home to four of the five bedrooms, including the master bedroom which has beautiful views over Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from a private tiled deck. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and/or bathtubs, extra-length bedding ranging from double to king, and air-conditioning. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house with private access from the garage and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Open-plan living, dining, and entertaining areas are found on the third floor of the house, which has floor-to-ceiling windows boasting breathtaking ocean views. An elegant lounge with a modern entertainment system offers a comfortable haven in which to relax, while the adjacent dining room houses an eight-seater dining table and a fireplace. A second, smaller lounge area, is also useful for watching the sunsets.

A fully equipped kitchen enjoys deluxe amenities, including a gas stove and dishwasher and a scullery has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A large breakfast bar with stools is the perfect spot for a quick breakfast. The living spaces open onto a balcony with barbecue facilities and access to the swimming pool at the back of the house via a wooden walkway.

Due to the open pool and high drops, this property is not suitable for young children. We also do not accept any parties, events, bachelor / bachelorette weekends.
