The second level of the villa features a beautifully furnished, open-plan pyjama lounge with satellite television and access to the pool courtyard. This level also boasts two of the three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each bedroom opens onto a small private deck with outdoor seating and lovely mountain and ocean views.
The master bedroom is located on the upper most level, has a king-size bed and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, bathtub, and double vanities. This bedroom has access to a private balcony with breath-taking ocean views and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
The third level of the villa also has a stylish rooftop deck with an outdoor dining table for six shaded by a wooden pergola and a built-in gas barbecue. Panoramic views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean make an idyllic backdrop for outdoor entertaining.
The villa has secure, off-street parking in a garage and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
