Spacious living and dining areas are open plan, blending seamlessly together with spellbinding views that span from Table Mountain and Lion’s Head to the ocean. An open-plan living space has a two-seater couch, a sleek work desk, and a four-seater dining table, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a seperate bathroom with a single vanity and shower.

The apartment is situated directly across the road from Mouille Point beach and has secure parking. The V&A Waterfront is within walking distance and the city centre is a short drive away.  

This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
