Rontree Reflections is a cosy three bedroom villa offering spectacular panoramic views of Camps Bay and Lions Head.
The villa has ample living space with a large well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar which leads down a few steps to the open plan living and dining areas that flows out onto a large sea-facing sun terrace deck and swimming pool.
The three bedrooms are all on the same level and each have their own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom are sea-facing and have direct access out to the pool area and terrace.
The property has its own double garage as well as additional parking space in the driveway.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
